Cancellation Policy:
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that once the production process has begun, we may be unable to cancel your order.
Customized Orders: If you've ordered a customized product, cancellation requests for customized orders can only be accepted within 3 hours from the time of purchase. After this timeframe, production may have already started, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a customized order.
Non-Customized Orders: For non-customized orders, you may request cancellation before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, our return policy (outlined separately) will apply.

Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures or unforeseen postal delays.
